The long ladies' hoodie with a hood combines the comfort of a favourite hoodie with a cut that appears tailored, similar to a lightweight coat. Thanks to the extended length, it covers the hips and the fitted waist gives it a feminine shape. The inside of the hood features a floral patterned lining, adding a distinctive detail to the hoodie. The hoodie fastens with a long zip that starts at the edge of the hood and diagonally curves towards the centre. It is suitable for everyday wear as well as for leisure time outdoors.
- Hood — the edge of the hood is bordered by a wide ribbed strip and a drawstring hangs from the side. The hood is lined with fabric featuring a floral print that contrasts with the solid-coloured exterior of the hoodie.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
