This ladies' winter set consists of a knitted beanie and neck warmer. Both pieces are lined on the inside with warming fleece, which peeks out at the edges. The beanie has a looser fallen cut and is adorned with a small patch at the front. The neck warmer is knitted with a cable pattern and can be pulled up over the mouth and nose, as shown in the photographs. The set is made of wool and cotton and is one size fits all.

- Neck warmer — the neck warmer is knitted with a prominent cable pattern. The fleece inside peeks out at both the top and bottom edges. According to the photographs, it can be worn around the neck or pulled up over the mouth and nose.
- Fleece inside — both pieces are lined with warming fleece on the inside. The fleece forms a fluffy trim that is visible in all photographs. In some designs, the fleece has a contrasting colour.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
