This ladies' hoop earring with pendant combines a simple hoop with a striking decorative motif. A heart or star pendant dangles freely from the hoop, with its front side adorned with tiny zirconia. The stones are clear, coloured, or multicoloured depending on the design. The hoop has a smooth shiny surface in a metal tone according to the design. The earring is sold individually, allowing you to create your own combination of motifs.
- Pendant — the heart or star is threaded directly onto the hoop and moves freely. The hoop passes through a hole at the top of the pendant. The front of the pendant is covered with densely set zirconia. Thanks to the free placement, the pendant gently sways when the head moves.
- Zirconia — the tiny stones give the jewellery a distinct sparkle. Depending on the design, the zirconia can be clear, single-coloured, or in a vibrant combination of several colours.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
