This spacious ladies' crossbody bag offers two carrying options depending on what suits you best. You can carry it by the short handle, which is 30 cm long, or across your body with the long strap. The bag measures 25 x 28 x 13 cm and holds more than smaller bags. The main compartment closes with a zip, and inside you will find internal pockets for organised storage of small items. The appearance of the bag is complemented by decorative tassels on the side zips.
- Handle and strap — the bag has a short handle measuring 30 cm and a long strap for crossbody wear. Both are attached with metal carabiners, allowing you to easily choose your carrying style. Thus, you can carry the bag either by the handle or across your body.
- Shape of the bag — the bag has a rounded shape with a curved top edge, giving it a relaxed and feminine look. The metallic accessories in silver, such as the carabiners and zip sliders, give the bag a polished appearance.
- Main compartment — the main compartment closes with a zip along the top edge. This keeps the contents of the bag protected and prevents them from falling out during movement.
- Internal pockets — in the middle of the main compartment, there is a zippered divider that separates the space into two parts. On the inner wall, there are additional pockets for storing small items so they do not get lost.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

Exchanges

Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
