The kitchen sharpener helps keep your knives sharp and ready for use. Its sharpening insert can be adjusted according to the type of knife within a range of 22° to 46°. When sharpening, hold the sharpener firmly with one hand by the curved handle and pull the knife through the sharpening slot with the other hand. The process is simple, and photographs illustrate it clearly. The sharpener is made from a combination of carbide, plastic, and silicone.

  • Adjustable Angle — you can adjust the sharpening insert according to the type of knife within a range of 22° to 46°. This allows you to tailor the sharpener to the knife you need to sharpen. The arms with the sharpening surfaces open outwards, as shown in the close-up photograph.
  • Secure Grip — the curved handle allows you to hold the sharpener firmly with one hand. The handle is secured to both ends of the sharpener body. With the other hand, you then pull the knife through the slot between the sharpening surfaces.
  • Flat Base — the sharpener stands on a wide flat base, which you can place on your kitchen counter, table, or cutting board. There is a pad on the underside of the base, as seen in the photograph.
  • Material — the sharpening insert is made of carbide, while the other parts of the sharpener are made of plastic and silicone. The sharpening surfaces are housed in two arms, which together form a V shape.
  • Dimensions — the sharpener measures 21 x 7.5 x 13.5 cm. After use, you can leave it on the counter or store it in a cupboard.
