The JOOBIKE J001 electric bike combines power and stability into one aluminium alloy step-through frame. The drive is provided by a powerful 1000W brushless motor with a torque of 80 N·m, which handles starts and climbs of up to 40°. The energy is supplied by a 48V 17.5Ah (840 Wh) battery, allowing you to travel approximately 80–90 km in assisted pedalling mode and about 40–50 km on pure electric power. The wide 26×3.0 tyres, along with the suspension fork, absorb bumps and maintain traction on asphalt as well as on rougher surfaces. Gear shifting is managed by a seven-speed Shimano set, and hydraulic disc brakes ensure effective slowing down. An LCD display provides an overview of the ride, and the equipment includes a front light, mudguards, and a rear rack.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
