The JNFN Balancing BMS Module is designed for the management and protection of batteries in e-bikes and electric scooters with very high current demands. It supports connections of 17S to 24S, meaning batteries with 17 to 24 cells in series. The module offers a continuous current of 420 A and a short-term peak of 1050 A. It is equipped with Bluetooth connectivity and cell balancing functionality. Power wires connect directly to the screw terminal points on the sides of the silver casing.
- Range 17S to 24S: the module is intended for batteries with 17 to 24 cells connected in series, suitable for high-voltage assemblies.
- Continuous current 420 A: compare this value with the maximum consumption of the motor and controller before installation.
- Peak current 1050 A: according to the label, the module can handle a peak of 1050 A for 10 seconds.
- Screw terminal points: six terminal points with screws, three on each side of the module, are used for connecting power wires. The cross-section of the wires should be selected according to the current load of the battery.
- Bluetooth and TTL/BLE port: the module communicates wirelessly via Bluetooth, with a TTL/BLE port also indicated on the label.
- Cell balancing: the function equalises the voltage between individual cells of the battery.
- Cell types: the module is suitable for Li-ion, LiFePO4, LTO and Na-ion batteries.
- Cell connectors: a series of connectors on the top edge of the module is used for connecting wires to individual cells.
- Casing: the flat design in a silver casing facilitates storage next to cells in the battery box.
- Model designation: 24ZHE-24-420A, as indicated on the module label.

The JNFN Balancing BMS Module is designed for building or repairing a battery for an e-bike or electric scooter with 17 to 24 series cells. The continuous current of 420 A with a peak of 1050 A covers even very high current demands of the drive. Power wires connect via screw terminal points, allowing the use of cables suitable for the load. The module supports Li-ion, LiFePO4, LTO and Na-ion cells and is equipped with Bluetooth connectivity with balancing functionality. Before installation, ensure that the number and type of cells and the current consumption match the module's specifications.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them

How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
