The tiled floor drain measuring 20 x 10 cm replaces the visible grate with a shallow tray into which a piece of tile is inserted. Once installed, only a thin outline of the frame remains visible in the floor, and the surface continues with the same tiling as the surroundings. The inner tray measures 17 x 7 cm and has a depth of 2 cm, accommodating a tile of the corresponding size. The outlet is centrally located, 10 cm from the edge, and the neck with a diameter of 4 cm extends 3 cm below the body of the drain. Both the body and tray are made of stainless steel 304, which withstands constant moisture in the bathroom without losing its appearance. The drain is intended for use in the bathroom and is also suitable for use in shower cubicles, toilets, and balconies. The frame has straight edges without decorative elements, creating only a thin line around the inserted tile in the floor.
- Invisible design – the top side is not a grate but a tray for the tile, so the drain disappears into the floor and does not disrupt the pattern of the tiling even in larger formats. Only a narrow stainless steel frame remains visible around the perimeter.
- Size 20 x 10 cm – the rectangular frame with an inner tray of 17 x 7 cm takes up only a narrow strip in the floor, making it suitable for shower cubicles as well as smaller bathrooms. The depth of the tray is 2 cm, allowing for the insertion of a tile including the adhesive layer.
- Central outlet – the neck is positioned in the centre of the drain, 10 cm from the edge, meaning the waste pipe runs directly beneath the centre of the body, allowing water to drain equally from both sides. The symmetrical placement simplifies layout, as there is no need to decide which way to orient the drain.
- Drain 4 cm – the neck with a diameter of 4 cm extends 3 cm below the bottom of the tray, and the installation depth specified for this drain starts at 60 mm. A diameter of 4 cm is standard for use in bathrooms.
- Stainless steel 304 – the material of both the body and tray resists water, steam, and common bathroom chemicals, and does not corrode even with daily use. Stainless steel does not absorb moisture, so the surface can simply be wiped dry after rinsing.
- Flat frame without grate – only a narrow stainless steel edge runs around the perimeter, holding the inserted tile in place and creating a transition to the surrounding floor without protruding edges.

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
