The internal HDD with a capacity of 320 GB serves as storage for the Xbox 360 Slim console and fits directly into the hard drive slot on the side of the console. It can hold downloaded titles, games installed from discs, expansions, saved game progress, player profiles, as well as personal music and videos. It is useful where the original drive has stopped functioning, where there is no drive in the console at all, or when the existing storage is no longer sufficient. The drive itself is protected by a black plastic case measuring 100 x 70 x 10 mm with beveled corners. The connector is recessed on the narrower side of the case and connects to the console when the drive is inserted into place.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
