The HVLP/RP 4000B gravity spray gun is designed for car painting and other painting tasks where even application of paint is essential. The set includes a nozzle and needle in two sizes, 1.3 mm and 1.8 mm, allowing you to easily adapt the gun for both thinner and thicker materials. The HVLP/RP technology ensures high atomisation of paint at low air pressure in the nozzle, which helps save paint and reduces overspray. Paint is supplied to the gun by gravity from the top 600 ml plastic cup, and a 400 ml mixing cup with an adapter is also available. The gun is suitable for painting entire body parts as well as for smaller repairs and touch-ups.
- Gravity system — the cup is positioned above the body of the gun, allowing paint to flow to the nozzle by gravity. This means there is no need to draw the paint in, and the gun operates smoothly even with smaller amounts of material.
- Two nozzle sizes — the gun is factory-fitted with a 1.3 mm nozzle, which is suitable for thinner materials and finer application. The replacement set with a 1.8 mm nozzle, needle, and air cap is suitable for thicker paints and materials with a higher flow rate.
- Stainless steel nozzle and needle — both the nozzle and needle are made from stainless steel, which withstands regular cleaning with solvent and is designed for long-term use.
- HVLP/RP technology — high atomisation of paint with low air pressure in the nozzle and transfer efficiency greater than 75%. This allows a larger proportion of paint to reach the painted surface, with less ending up in the air.
- Spray pattern width — 200–230 mm, enabling quick and even coverage of larger areas, such as bonnets, doors, or wings.
- Air requirements — air consumption of 1.6–4.0 CFM, a compressor with a power of more than 1.5 HP is recommended.
- Mixing cup with adapter — a transparent 400 ml cup with a lid and measuring scale for dilution ratios connects to the gun using the included adapter.

The HVLP/RP 4000B spray gun is a practical choice for car painting in workshops as well as for home repairs. With two nozzle sizes, it can be used for various types of paints and coatings without the need to purchase another gun. The gravity cup of 600 ml along with the 400 ml mixing cup simplifies preparation and the actual application of material. For proper operation, a compressor with a power of over 1.5 HP and corresponding air consumption is required. The service key and cleaning brush included in the package assist with regular maintenance of the gun after each use.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
