The HillMiles MileTrail 1 mountain electric bike is designed for a diverse mix of routes – from morning commutes in the city to weekend trips on paved roads and mild terrain. It is powered by a quiet 250W motor, which, in conjunction with the removable 36V 13Ah battery, achieves a range of up to 120 km in assisted pedalling mode. Comfort on uneven surfaces is ensured by the front suspension fork along with 26" mountain tyres, which maintain traction on asphalt, sandy paths, and in the woods. You can adjust your riding position thanks to the adjustable stem with a range of 0 to 50° and the adjustable saddle, keeping your back and wrists less strained. Gear shifting is handled by a seven-speed system, and braking is provided by disc brakes. The sturdy construction and more upright riding position make the MileTrail 1 a versatile bike for everyday use.

The MileTrail 1 targets riders who want one bike for both city and lighter terrain. You can take the removable battery home or to work and charge it without the need to haul the entire bike to a socket. The adjustable stem and saddle make it easier to find a comfortable position and reduce fatigue on longer rides. The combination of the suspension fork, wider mountain tyres, and disc braking provides confidence when accelerating and braking. With a load capacity of up to 120 kg, the bike can carry a rider with a backpack or light cargo and is suitable for commuting, outings, and longer weekend routes in the area.

As soon as the carrier collects your parcel, we will email you the tracking number.
Delivery guarantee: if your parcel does not arrive within 75 days of payment, we will refund your money or the goods will be sent to you again – whichever you choose.
Delivery is only possible to addresses in Ireland.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
