The headphones with a microphone are designed for both calls and listening to music. The microphone is on a boom that points towards the mouth, allowing you to keep your hands free during calls. You can connect them to your phone or other devices wirelessly via Bluetooth 5.0 with a range of 15 m, or with the included 3.5 mm jack cable. The ear cushions fit over the ears and combine artificial leather with memory foam. The headphones are black with silver accents on the ear cups.
- Boom microphone — the microphone is on a boom that extends from the ear cup and points towards the mouth. Therefore, you do not need to hold the phone to your ear during calls. The boom is black with a silver tip.
- Dual connection — the headphones connect to a phone, tablet, or other Bluetooth device wirelessly via Bluetooth 5.0 with a range of 15 m. You can also connect them to a device with a 3.5 mm jack using the included cable. The cable is useful for devices that do not have Bluetooth.
- Ear cushions — the ear cushions fit over the ears and combine artificial leather with memory foam. The memory foam adapts to the shape of the head and ears while wearing. Both ear cushions are connected by a headband that runs over the top of the head.
- Battery and sensitivity — the built-in battery with a capacity of 230 mAh powers the headphones during wireless listening. The sensitivity of the headphones is 126 dB.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges

Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
