Grey Thermal Conductive Pad 100 x 100 x 2 mm with Conductivity 21 W/m.K Non-Conductive Cuttable for Cooling Graphics Cards Processors and SSDs

The grey thermal conductive pad measuring 100 x 100 mm is a square sheet designed for cutting parts for cooling graphics cards, processors, M.2 SSDs, laptops, and gaming consoles. With a thickness of 2 mm, it fills the space between the component and the cooler where there is a significant gap. The material with thermal conductivity of 21 W/m.K ensures heat transfer from the chip to the cooler and, due to its pliability, compensates for minor surface irregularities. The pad can be trimmed with scissors, and both sides are covered with a blue protective film.

  • Area 100 x 100 mm – the square sheet provides material for a greater number of parts. It can be used to prepare pads for memory and power circuits of the graphics card, for M.2 SSDs, and for smaller chips on the motherboard or in the console.
  • Thickness 2 mm – the layer is intended for devices where the cooler is separated from the component by a significant distance. It is recommended to measure the thickness of the original pad before replacement to ensure that the cooler properly contacts all chips simultaneously after installation.
  • Conductivity 21 W/m.K – the pad is designed for components that heat up significantly under load, such as graphics memory, power circuits, processors, and SSD controllers. It transfers heat across the entire area covered by the chip.
  • Electrically Non-Conductive Material – the pad does not conduct electricity, and the parameter table indicates a breakdown voltage of at least 9.8 kV per 1 mm. This allows it to be placed directly on populated components of the printed circuit board.
  • Easy Trimming – the sheet can be trimmed precisely according to the outline of the chip or group of components with scissors. Leftover material can be saved for future repairs.
  • Protection Film – the blue film on both sides prevents surface contamination and fingerprints during trimming. It is removed just before placing the part onto the component.
  • For Which Devices – graphics cards, processors, M.2 SSDs, laptops, gaming consoles, chips on motherboards, and other electronics with a cooler. It is always necessary for the thickness of 2 mm to match the gap in the specific device.

The square sheet 100 x 100 mm offers material for multiple components, with some remaining for future repairs. Replacement is performed by removing the cooler, taking off the old pad, and cleaning the chip surface. Then, a part of the appropriate shape is cut out, the film is removed, it is placed on the component, and the cooler is reattached. Because the pad does not conduct electricity, it can also be used on densely populated boards.
