Golf Trainer with Smart Ball 9 cm and Wrist Strap 7 cm Blue for Practising Correct Posture and Swing for Beginners
You already have the maximum available quantity in your cart.
This golf trainer helps players learn the correct arm position during the swing thanks to the combination of a mesh ball and an elastic strap with Velcro for the wrist. The blue perforated ball, approximately 9 cm in diameter, is held between the forearm and wrist, maintaining its position during the training movement and repeated series. The black strap, about 7 cm long, secures the entire assembly to the arm, ensuring that the ball does not fall out during the shot or during a more relaxed swing with a full club head. The trainer's design targets correcting grip errors and strengthening proper movement habits in beginner players, especially in the area of connecting both hands on the grip. It can be used before entering the course, at the driving range, at home in front of a mirror, or in the garden with a standard golf club as part of a summer training plan.
Features:
- Mesh ball with a diameter of 9 cm in blue for easy visibility
- Wrist strap with a length of 7 cm with Velcro fastening
- Training aid for practising the correct grip of the club
- Posture correction during the swing for beginner players
- Blue plastic and textile strap for durable use
- Easy to position between the wrist and forearm during training
- Helps keep hands closer together during the swing on the course
- Suitable for training at home, at the driving range, and before a match
- Can be used without the need for a special golf course or coach
- A practical tool for self-study of the technical swing
Contents of the package:
- 1× Blue mesh trainer
- 1× Black wrist strap
The trainer with the mesh ball addresses the classic mistake of beginner players, who during the swing spread their arms apart and lose power and accuracy of the shot on the course. Positioning the blue ball in the space between the forearm and wrist naturally encourages players to keep their hands closer to the body and unify the movement of both hands throughout the swing. The black strap with Velcro ensures the tool is secured to the wrist throughout the entire training block, preventing the ball from moving and interfering with normal shoulder movements. The sizes of approximately 9 cm and 7 cm correspond to an adult hand and are also suitable for older youth or juniors with a full set of equipment in the bag. An ideal piece for anyone starting with golf, looking for a way to correct bad habits in the swing, or planning regular home training away from the course.
