The gold letter J with a height of 20 cm stands on a vertical stroke that curves into a hook at the bottom, while the top is capped with a foot. The upper high-gloss acrylic layer reflects its surroundings, making the character appear as a polished metal element, although inside it conceals a lightweight foam. Its low weight facilitates installation, as the adhesive layer on the back does not need to bear much load and will hold the sign even on glass or smooth doors. The back is flat and pre-coated with adhesive, so the letter simply needs to be aligned according to the chosen line and pressed against the cleaned surface. The characters are offered individually, allowing each person to order exactly the set of letters they need for their signage.

Before sticking, it is advisable to clean, degrease, and let the surface dry, as the adhesive bonds best with a smooth, dry, and flat surface, such as paint, glass, laminate, or wood. For longer signage, it is beneficial to stretch a guide tape and test the spacing dry first, as the hook of the letter J overlaps with the adjacent character, making the gap appear narrower. On wallpaper, rough plaster, or freshly painted walls, adhesion may be weaker, so it is worth using mounting adhesive suitable for the given substrate. Maintenance consists of wiping with a soft cloth without aggressive cleaners to keep the polished surface free of streaks and scratches.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery

Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
