The gold H reaches a height of 20 cm and its two vertical stems connected by a central crossbar form a symmetrical character that maintains a solid axis in the signage and does not visually tilt. The top acrylic layer with high gloss reflects the surroundings, making the letter appear as a polished metallic element, although it is made of lightweight foam inside. This low weight allows the character to be adhered to glass, painted doors, or smooth laminate, where heavier signs would require anchoring. The back of the letter is flat and pre-coated with adhesive from production, so installation only involves cleaning the surface, aligning it, and pressing it down. The letter H can be used on the wall of a salon, café, shop, or office, and at home as an initial on room doors, above beds, or in a photo booth. Before sticking it on, it is advisable to clean, degrease, and let the surface dry, as the adhesive bonds best with a smooth, dry, and flat surface, such as paint, glass, laminate, or wood. For longer signage, it is helpful to stretch a guide tape and plan the spacing dry first, as the symmetrical H will clearly show whether the entire row of letters is aligned in one line and if the spacing corresponds to the width of the characters. On wallpaper, rough plaster, or freshly painted walls, adhesion may be weaker, so it is worth using mounting adhesive suitable for the substrate. Maintenance involves wiping the glossy surface with a soft cloth without aggressive cleaners to keep it smooth and free of scratches.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
