Overview
Frying and Sautéing Pan with Structured Base, 24 cm Diameter and 5 cm Depth in Silver Finish with 18 cm Base and Long Handle

The larger of the two sizes measures 24 cm in diameter and the inner surface of 22 cm allows you to spread meat or vegetables side by side instead of piling them up. The base of 18 cm rests on a standard hob and the 5 cm high wall prevents juices from splattering across the cooker. The non-stick property is physical, resulting from the structure of the stainless steel surface with titanium, and fully manifests after preheating. The recommended procedure is simple: let the pan heat for three to five minutes on a medium-low flame before adding fat and ingredients. The surface is in a silver finish with a fine relief that reduces the contact area between the food and the bottom, making it easier to slide.

  • Inner surface of 22 cm — two centimetres more than the smaller size means space for three portions of meat side by side, so there is no need to fry in batches.
  • Base 18 cm — the flat surface rests on the hob with its full width and heat is transferred evenly, so the centre of the pan is not significantly hotter than the edges.
  • Wall 5 cm — the higher rim keeps fat and juices inside, allowing you to sauté vegetables and prepare sauces without splattering on the cooktop.
  • Physical non-stick property — the characteristic comes from the surface itself, not from a soft layer that wears off over time, so the pan can withstand metal utensils.
  • Preheat for three to five minutes — only a properly heated pan will stop sticking, so there is no rush to add ingredients and the flame should be kept at a medium-low level.
  • Long handle — the metal handle remains away from direct radiant heat and holds firmly even when carrying a full pan to the plate.
  • Relief structure of the base — the fine pattern reduces the contact area, allowing food to slide better when flipping or tossing vegetables back and forth.

Contents of the package:

  • 1x pan

Those transitioning from a pan with a soft coating will appreciate that the surface does not scratch from a spatula and there is no need to monitor the maximum temperature due to the layer. The key to a good result is patience: food is not flipped immediately after being placed, but only when it releases itself from the bottom. Once the vegetables stop sticking to the bottom, they can be moved freely back and forth, and the flame can be slightly increased. Diameter of 24 cm and depth of 5 cm will accommodate preparation for two to three diners, from breakfast omelettes to fried meat to sautéed vegetables for dinner. Silver stainless steel appearance matches other kitchen utensils and after cooling, the pan can be washed in the usual way without special procedures.
