Installation is very simple. First, clean and degrease the window surface to ensure the suction cups adhere well, then firmly press the holders with suction cups against the glass. Place the lounger at a height where your cat can comfortably jump up, such as above the window sill or next to a scratching post. Regularly check that the suction cups are still holding firmly, especially during significant temperature changes. The plush surface can be shaken out or vacuumed as needed to prevent hair from accumulating on it.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
