These wireless over-ear headphones feature a foldable design, making them easy to store in a bag or backpack and take with you on the go. You can insert a memory card with music into the Micro SD card slot and listen even without a phone. The 300 mAh battery lasts for 10 hours on a single charge. - Memory Card — On the edge of the ear cup, there is a slot for a Micro SD card where you can insert a memory card with music. The headphones will then play music without a paired phone, so you don’t need to have your phone with you. The memory card is not included in the package.
- Battery — The built-in battery has a capacity of 300 mAh and lasts for 10 hours on a single charge. This means the headphones can last through longer journeys without needing to be charged. The included charging cable is used for recharging.
- Folding — The ear cups can be folded inward towards the headband, so when folded, the headphones take up less space. You will appreciate this when carrying them in a bag, backpack, or while travelling. Once unfolded, the headphones are ready for use immediately.
- Controls and Microphone — On the edge of one ear cup, you will find control buttons that are easily accessible even while wearing the headphones. Thanks to the microphone, you can also use the headphones for phone calls without having to hold the phone to your ear. This keeps your hands free.
- Sound and Comfort — The frequency range of the headphones is from 22 Hz to 22 kHz with a sensitivity of 90 dB. Sensitivity indicates how loudly the headphones play at a given input signal. The ear cups have padded ear cushions that encompass the entire ear when worn.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
