The hexagonal welding magnet in a medium size holds two parts at one of six preset angles even when assembling larger frames. The magnet offers angles of 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, and 105 degrees, covering braces, bevelled corners, and sloping struts. The maximum holding force is 50 kg, which is sufficient for hollow sections, angles, and thicker metal parts. The blue body with a galvanised frame has a flat seating surface on each edge corresponding to one angle. The central hole facilitates gripping the magnet even while wearing gloves.

  • Dimensions — the magnet measures 12.9 x 11.1 x 2.1 cm, with longer edges guiding the profile better and reducing the risk of rotation.
  • Six positions in one piece — a single magnet replaces several angle jigs, as it can simply be placed on another edge.
  • Ferrite magnet — the magnetic core is made of ferrite, which withstands normal temperatures around the weld better than neodymium magnets.

The magnet is useful for welders and locksmiths when producing frames, grids, railings, and structures with sloping braces. The hole in the body facilitates gripping and hanging, so you can hang the magnet next to the welding table. The holding force of 50 kg applies to a clean and flat surface; it will be lower on rusted or painted metal. After work, it is advisable to clean the magnet of slag and metal shavings, which can impair seating. For vertical assemblies, we recommend securing the part with a clamp for added safety.
