The forty-centimetre float switch is one of the longer designs for large tanks, cisterns, and industrial reservoirs. The float moves freely along the stainless steel rod over a range of several decimetres, allowing precise determination of when to switch - for example, to start a larger pump, open the inlet valve, or activate an alarm. The sensor operates without its own power supply; the reed contact principle with a magnet ensures reliable switching without wear for many years. The all-metal stainless steel design withstands moisture, high temperatures, and mildly chemically active liquids.

The 40 cm float is suitable for large rainwater cisterns, underground storage tanks, sewage pits, larger wells, or in industrial technologies. It reliably controls the switching of the pump according to the current level, opens or closes the supply via a solenoid valve, and can also control a two-position indication of the tank status. High temperature resistance allows use in water heaters, steam generators, cooling systems, and in technological basins. The reed contact principle requires no calibration and lasts for millions of switchings. The sensor simply needs to be secured with the thread into the tank opening, and both wires connected directly to the power or signal circuit.

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
