The 10 cm float switch is among the most commonly used sizes for typical domestic and technical level control applications. The stainless steel float moves along the rod and a magnet inside activates the reed contact at a precisely determined point - thereby switching on or off the electrical circuit of the pump, valve or signal. The sensor operates without electronics, so it does not require its own power supply and has a long lifespan. The silver sheen and metal construction withstand continuous contact with water, steam, and mildly chemical liquids.

The length of 10 cm adequately covers typical tanks from smaller drinking water reservoirs to domestic waterworks, septic tanks, rainwater tanks, or technological circuits. It activates the pump, automatic valve, or electronic alarm as soon as the float exceeds the set level. In an automatic domestic system, it controls the refilling of water into the tank or conversely protects the pump from running dry. High temperature resistance allows use in heating circuits, water heaters, boilers, or cooling systems. The passive principle operates reliably for many years without calibration or maintenance, and the sensor only needs to be mounted and connected to the switched circuit.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
