The carrier consists of a single piece of fabric with a strap, so nothing needs to be assembled before use and one adult can manage to put it on by themselves. The pocket flares out from the buckle downwards into a fan shape and at its widest point offers 50 cm of fabric, into which the baby fits comfortably. The opening edge expands between 13 and 26 cm, allowing a newborn to lie down and an older child to sit in it. The strap goes over one shoulder to the opposite side and its length ranges from 130 to 180 cm, so it can be adjusted to fit the wearer's body. The entire fabric is adorned with a feather motif that covers both the pocket and the upper section above the buckle, creating a cohesive design from the opening to the bottom.

The carrier is useful for transporting a child around the home, during a quick shopping trip, while walking up stairs, or on a stroll where a pram would be cumbersome. It is essential to support the head of a newborn and ensure that their chin is lifted from their chest and that their nose and mouth are clear. The strap should be adjusted before placing the child in, as it is significantly harder to fine-tune the length once the carrier is on. It is advisable to check the seams and buckle before each use to ensure nothing has loosened and that the strap holds in the sliding section. Washing can be done with lukewarm water and mild soap, and drying should take place laid out in the shade to maintain the appearance of the print.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges

Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
