The external hard drive with USB4 interface and speed of up to 40 Gb/s is designed for working with large files directly from storage, whether it’s high-resolution video or extensive photo archives. Inside the aluminium body, a turbo fan operates, which, along with the ventilation holes at the front, dissipates heat from the drive even during prolonged reading and writing. Heat transfer from the SSD to the metal body is ensured by thermal conductive silicone paste. The box supports capacity expansion of up to 8 TB, allowing it to accommodate work and study materials as well as an entire home archive. The ribbed surface increases the area for cooling while also improving grip.
- USB4 Interface — transfer speed of up to 40 Gb/s reduces waiting time when copying large folders and videos.
- Measured Speeds — in testing, it achieved read speeds of 3094 MB/s and write speeds of 3071 MB/s, results depend on the SSD used and the performance of the computer.
- Capacity of Up to 8 TB — the box supports storage expansion of up to 8 TB.
- Turbo Fan — active cooling helps maintain stable speeds even under prolonged load, while passively cooled drives slow down.
- Aluminium Body — the metal construction protects the internal drive and dissipates heat into the environment.
- Thermal Conductive Silicone Paste — transfers heat from the SSD chips to the aluminium body of the box.
- Ventilation Holes — the grille at the front supports airflow around the drive.
- Supported Drives — the box is designed for M.2 SSDs.
- Easy Installation — the drive is inserted inside after sliding the body out of the frame.
Contents of the package:
- 1x external hard drive
The storage is suitable for video editing, backing up extensive projects, and archiving photographs outside the internal memory of the laptop. The aluminium body with thermal conductive silicone paste together with the fan forms a complete cooling system, which is particularly beneficial during continuous transfer of large data. Capacity of up to 8 TB means that the box can hold both work archives and personal collections of photographs and videos in one place. Photographers, editors, and users working with large datasets will appreciate the speed of the USB4 interface. Simply insert the drive inside and connect it to the computer with a cable.
