The exhaust manifold is designed for motorcycles Yamaha MT15 and R15 V3 and V4 models from 2017 to 2024. It replaces the stock exhaust head and serves to connect the slip-on silencer. The manifold is made of stainless steel and consists of two parts that are joined by a clamp. On the engine side, there is a flange with two oval holes for screws, and at the end of the manifold, there is an expanded neck with hooks for the silencer springs. The pipe has a welded threaded neck for the lambda sensor and the entire manifold is in a natural silver finish of stainless steel.
- Compatibility — The manifold is intended for Yamaha MT15, Yamaha R15 V3 and Yamaha R15 V4, models from 2017 to 2024. We recommend verifying the model and year of manufacture of the motorcycle before ordering.
- Stainless Steel — All parts of the manifold are made of stainless steel and the joints are welded all around.
- Two-Piece Design — The manifold consists of a front part with a flange and a rear connecting part. Both parts fit into each other and are secured with a clamp, making installation and removal easier.
- Flange to Engine — The flange at the beginning of the manifold has two oval holes, allowing it to be bolted to the exhaust port of the engine in place of the stock manifold.
- Neck for Lambda Sensor — The front part has a welded threaded neck, into which the original lambda sensor from the motorcycle is screwed.
- Expanded Chamber — In the middle of the front part, there is an expanded chamber, after which the pipe narrows and fits into the rear connecting part.
- Silencer Connection — The rear part ends with an expanded neck with hooks for springs, onto which the slip-on silencer is fitted.
- Installation — The stock exhaust is removed, the front part is bolted to the engine with the flange, the rear part is fitted, and the connection is tightened with the clamp. Finally, the slip-on silencer and lambda sensor are installed.
- Post-Installation Check — After the first few kilometres, we recommend checking the tightness of the flange screws and clamp, and ensuring that the joints are not leaking. Tighten the screws and clamp with the exhaust cooled down.
- Colour — The manifold is in a silver finish with a natural stainless steel surface, without paint and without colour tinting. It matches slip-on silencers of any colour.
