The ergonomic baby carrier is designed for children from birth to 36 months. You can carry your child facing you or facing out, making the carrier suitable for both newborns and curious toddlers. The carrier is made from breathable mesh, which allows air circulation and helps prevent overheating of the child. The wide hip belt transfers the weight of the child from the shoulders to the hips, making carrying less straining on the back. At the top, there is a hidden hood that can be deployed when the child is sleeping or in windy weather.
- Ergonomic shape — the seat supports the child under the thighs and keeps them in a natural position, while a soft back panel supports their back. This way, the child sits stably and snugly against the parent.
- Breathable material — the mesh fabric allows air to circulate, so neither the child nor the parent sweats excessively while carrying, even on warmer days.
- Hip belt — the sturdy hip belt distributes the weight of the child across the parent's hips and eases the strain on the back during longer periods of carrying. The waist circumference can be adjusted between 66–140 cm.
- Hidden hood — the hood is concealed in the upper part of the carrier. When deployed, it protects the child's head from the wind and supports it when the child falls asleep.
- Double safety buckles — the buckles on the hip belt and shoulder straps have double security to prevent accidental unbuckling.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
