The electric vertical grill is designed for preparing kebabs, shawarma, mini chickens on a spit, skewers of meat, fish, or vegetables directly in the kitchen without the need to light a fire. The body of the device is made of stainless steel with black plastic details and has compact dimensions of 20 x 37.5 cm in height, weighing approximately 1.99 kg. Inside the casing are heating elements with a power of 1000 W, which reach a maximum temperature of 400 to 500 °C and cook food from all sides simultaneously. Five vertically arranged skewers rotate automatically around their axis, ensuring that meat, fish, and vegetables are evenly cooked without the need for manual turning. Under each skewer is a separate metal tray that catches dripping fat and juices from the meat, thereby reducing mess and making cleaning easier.

Before first use, wipe the casing and skewers with a damp cloth and perform the first heating empty without food for approximately 5 minutes. Thread prepared pieces of marinated meat, fish, vegetables, sausages, peppers, or onions onto the skewers and insert them into the openings at the top of the device. Place a metal tray under each skewer to catch fat, plug the grill into a 220 to 240 V socket, and activate the heating with the switch. The skewers will start to rotate automatically around their axis, allowing the meat to cook from all sides within minutes. After grilling, disconnect the grill from the power supply, allow it to cool, wash the skewers and trays with warm soapy water, and wipe the casing with a damp cloth.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags

Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them

Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
