The electric tapping machine with servo motor is a vertical tapping arm for fast and precise threading in the range of M2–M8. It is powered by a servo motor with a power of 600 W, which connects to a standard single-phase network of 220 V. The head is guided to ensure that the tap remains perpendicular to the work surface, ensuring precise vertical threads. The spindle speed (0–1000 rpm) and thread depth can be adjusted on the touchscreen control panel. The tapping machine is suitable for engineering production, tool shops, car service centres, and smaller workshops.

The arm is balanced and the motor moves freely within it, allowing you to easily position the tapping head over any point of the workpiece within a working reach of 1100 mm. You can clamp the tap into the corresponding size quick-release head, set the speed and thread depth, and start cutting. In automatic mode, the machine stops at the set depth and returns the tap, so there is no need to monitor the end of the thread with a button. The right handle is ergonomically shaped, and you control the speed with your thumb, while the left detachable handle allows you to precisely guide the head over the threading location. If the resistance during cutting exceeds the nominal torque, the safety clutch in the head slips, preventing the tap from breaking.

The tapping machine can handle materials such as lead, copper, structural steel A3 and Q235, steel 45, cast iron, and tool steels S136, 718, and NAK80. The size M2–M8 is suitable for fine threads in thin sheets, plastics, and smaller parts. The servo drive with a planetary gearbox ensures smooth operation and quiet running. Please note that the mounting table is not included in the delivery. The arm needs to be securely attached to your own table or work surface with sufficient rigidity.

The electric tapping machine M2–M8 significantly speeds up series threading compared to manual work or using a drill. 600 W Servo Motor with continuous speed regulation allows you to adjust the speed to the material and thread size. The vertical design guarantees perpendicular and precise threads. Overload protection in each head extends the life of the taps. The machine is suitable for both production and maintenance workshops.
