However, due to the motor parameters (1000 W) and maximum speed (45 km/h), the scooter exceeds the limits for a standard electric scooter and falls into the category of moped or light motor vehicle in most EU countries. Therefore, additional national homologation, registration, mandatory insurance, and a relevant category driving licence may be required for operation on public roads in individual countries. Conditions vary according to national legislation (in the Czech Republic, a relevant moped licence is usually required, in other countries an equivalent). Before operating on public roads, we recommend checking the current requirements with the local transport authority. Without the appropriate national homologation, the scooter is intended for use exclusively on private property and outside public roads.

- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
