The adapter has a male DVI connector on one side and a DVI 24+5pin female connector on the other side. You insert the male side into the DVI port on the device, and connect a cable with a male DVI connector to the female side. It acts as a pass-through connector between the cable and the port. It supports image transmission at up to 1080p Full HD resolution. The body of the adapter is made of PVC, and the connectors are gold-coloured.
- Male Connector — on one side is the male DVI connector with two screws on the sides. You securely attach the adapter to the port with the screws, ensuring it stays in place and does not come loose on its own.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
