The adapter allows you to connect a monitor or projector with a VGA cable to a computer or graphics card that has a DVI-I output. On one side, it has a DVI-I male connector, and on the other, a VGA female socket. It transmits images at a resolution of up to 1080p Full HD. The adapter does not have a cable and plugs directly into the device's output. The casing is light and has a compact size.
- DVI Connector — plug the DVI-I connector into the DVI-I output on your computer or graphics card. It has two screws with knurled heads on the sides, which allow you to securely attach the adapter to the output.
- VGA Socket — connect the VGA cable leading to the monitor or projector into the VGA socket. There are posts with screw holes on the sides of the socket, allowing you to secure this connection as well.
- Resolution — the adapter can transmit images at a resolution of up to 1080p, which is Full HD. It does not support higher resolutions, so set your computer to a maximum of this value.
- Compact Design — the adapter does not have a cable and fits directly into the device's output. Therefore, it takes up little space behind the computer. You can connect the VGA cable from the monitor to it just like you would directly to the computer.
- Finish — the casing is light in colour and has fine ribbing on the top side. You can comfortably grip the adapter by this when plugging it in or pulling it out.

The DVI-I to VGA adapter is a simple way to connect a monitor or projector with a VGA input to a DVI-I output. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
