The double USB charger is a socket designed for installation into a panel, which converts 12 V power into two USB charging ports. It outputs 5 V and a current of 2.1 A, allowing you to charge devices that use a standard USB cable. The body of the socket is made of ABS plastic, and the entire unit has a waterproof design with IP65 rating. The ports are covered by a protective cap attached to the body with a strap. The frame around the ports is backlit, making it easy to find the socket even in the dark.
- Two USB Ports — the socket features two USB connectors into which you can plug standard charging cables. You can connect two devices simultaneously. Both ports have output values marked directly on the front.
- 12 V Power Supply — the charger operates with an input voltage of 12 V and outputs 5 V at a current of 2.1 A. It is suitable wherever you have a 12 V supply and want a fixed USB charging installation.
- IP65 Protection — the IP65 rating indicates resistance to dust and water jets. When the ports are not in use, close them with the protective cap, which is secured to the socket with a strap.
- Backlighting — the frame around the ports and the ports themselves are backlit. In low light, you can quickly find the socket and plug in the cable without unnecessary searching.
- Panel Mounting — the socket has a cylindrical body that fits into a hole in the panel and is secured from behind with a nut. The dimensions of the socket are 3.7 x 5.4 x 2.9 cm.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
