Instructions for Play:
The child chooses the role of a doctor or dentist and prepares their workspace. With the stethoscope, they can “listen to the heart”, mimic vaccinations with the syringe, check reactions with the hammer, and perform routine procedures with other tools. The dental part allows for checking teeth using the mirror, cleaning with spatulas and tools, explaining hygiene, and pretending to fix teeth. Capsules and vitamin bottles are used for playing at administering medications, while the boxes represent the clinic. The cards allow for creating different scenarios, and the plasters are used as accessories during treatment. The mask with the tube mimics a breathing aid during examinations, and the tray is used for placing tools.
This extensive set encourages creative play, communication, and independent thinking. It helps children better understand the environment of doctors and dentists, reduces fear of examinations, and strengthens skills in everyday health care. Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
