Overview
Digital Calliper 0 to 150 mm with IP54 Protection, Resolution of 0.01 mm and Accuracy of 0.03 mm for External and Internal Dimensions, Depth and Seating

A calliper with a digital readout can handle four tasks, as one tool measures external dimensions, internal diameters, depth of holes, and height of seating between two surfaces. The range extends from zero to 150 mm, the display shows values with a resolution of 0.01 mm and the manufacturing accuracy is specified as ±0.03 mm. The steel rule is marked in millimetres and inches, and switching between the two systems is done with the in/mm button above the display, so there is no need to calculate anything on paper. IP54 protection means protection against dust and splashing water, so the calliper can withstand a workbench where chips fly, grinding dust falls, or oil drips. The plastic housing of the slider has a knurled wheel on the side for fine adjustment and a screw above the display that secures the slider in the achieved position for reading and for transferring the dimension to the material.

  • Range 0 to 150 mm – fifteen centimetres of travel covers small fasteners, bearings, pipes, and plates and replaces estimation with a ruler or tape measure, which is insufficient for small parts.
  • Resolution 0.01 mm – the value on the display has two decimal places, allowing for the distinction of even hundredth differences between two pieces from the same series or checking for wear on a part.
  • Accuracy ±0.03 mm – the specified tolerance of the calliper fits within the requirements of standard workshop and modelling work, where measurements are made in tenths of a millimetre and where a workshop standard is not available.
  • IP54 Protection – the construction is protected against dust and splashing water, so the calliper can withstand environments where turning, grinding, or working with oil occurs.
  • Four Measuring Functions – one calliper can measure the external dimension between the lower jaws, the internal diameter with the upper blades, depth with the sliding tongue, and height of seating by resting against an edge.
  • Slider Locking Screw – after tightening the screw above the display, the slider remains in place, so the dimension does not get lost when pulling the calliper from the hole or when marking according to the opened jaws.
  • Fine Adjustment Wheel – the slider can be approached to the part gradually and smoothly with the thumb, ensuring that the jaws are applied with the same sensitivity every time.
  • Switching between mm and Inches – the in/mm button changes the units in an instant, which is helpful for drawings, threads, and parts measured in the imperial system.

Contents of the Package:

  • 1x Calliper
  • 1x Manual

The calliper is suitable for the workshop, garage, modelling table, and DIY kit at home, where a more precise number is needed than the measurement from a tape measure. Before the first measurement, it is advisable to close the jaws, wipe them free of dust, and press zero, as zeroing determines how accurate each subsequent number will be. When measuring, a light touch of the jaws is sufficient, as a strong grip will compress the part and the measured value will be smaller than it actually is. The IP54 protection guards against splashing water and dust, but the calliper should not be submerged or left wet, so it should be dried after use. Storing in a dry place and without impacts keeps the jaws straight, as a bent or battered edge will distort even a calliper with a tolerance of three hundredths of a millimetre.
