Overview
Diamond Cutting Disc 100 mm Brazed Thickness 1 mm Hole 20 mm For Angle Grinder Green Cutting Sintered Stone Marble and Glass

The diamond cutting disc with a diameter of 100 mm is designed for cutting and grinding hard and brittle materials using an angle grinder. The disc has a thickness of only 1 mm and a mounting hole of 20 mm, creating a narrow cut with minimal material waste. The steel core made of high manganese steel is coated on both sides with a layer of diamond grains applied using double-sided brazing technology. This allows the disc to cut and grind while keeping the edges of the cut material clean without chipping. It is suitable for large-format sintered stone slabs, marble, ceramic tiles, glass, jade, and quartz stone. It is used by tilers, stonemasons, and DIY enthusiasts during kitchen or bathroom renovations.

  • Diameter – 100 mm.
  • Thickness – 1 mm for a thin and precise cut.
  • Mounting Hole – 20 mm.
  • Construction – core made of high manganese steel with double-sided brazed diamond grains.
  • Maximum RPM – 13,800 rpm, peripheral speed 80 m/s.
  • Materials – sintered stone, marble, ceramics, tiles, glass, jade, and quartz stone.
  • Colour – green.
  • Package Contents – 1 piece of 100 mm diamond cutting disc.

Before use, ensure that the maximum RPM of the grinder does not exceed 13,800 rpm as indicated on the disc, and securely tighten the disc with the mounting nut. When cutting, guide the grinder straight and without lateral pressure; the thin disc is not intended for prying or bending in the cut. Thanks to the diamond layer on both sides, the disc can also be used to trim and grind the edge of tiles or stone slabs. With very hard materials, proceed slowly and allow the disc to work at its own pace to avoid overheating the brazed diamond layer. Always use the grinder's protective cover, safety glasses, gloves, and a respirator, as fine dust is generated when cutting stone and ceramics. Securely clamp the material being cut or place it on a stable surface.

The 100 mm diamond cutting disc is a practical tool for anyone working with tiles, paving, or stone slabs. The thin profile of 1 mm allows for quick and precise cuts, and thanks to the double-sided brazing of the diamond, the disc can also handle edge grinding. It is suitable for finishing worktops, sills, tiles, and glass parts, and it is worthwhile to have it on hand in the workshop as a spare piece. The disc is designed for angle grinders with a 20 mm mounting hole, and its distinctive green colour makes it easy to find in the workshop. With just one tool, you can cover cutting sintered stone, marble, and tiles as well as fine edge finishing. The result is clean cuts without burrs and chipped edges, which will be appreciated by every tiler and DIY enthusiast.
