The diamond cutting and grinding disc with a diameter of 100 mm is designed for dry cutting and grinding of hard building materials using an angle grinder. It has a mounting hole of 20 mm and a thickness of just 1 mm, allowing for a narrow and clean cut. The entire surface of the disc is covered with a diamond layer, enabling it to handle not only straight cuts but also curved cutting, edge bevelling, and fine grinding. The disc surface is perforated with a series of holes that help dissipate heat and improve cooling during dry work. The disc is suitable for large-format sintered stone slabs, ceramic tiles, cladding, marble, and ceramics. It will be used by tilers, stonemasons, and DIY enthusiasts during tile laying or when modifying stone sills.

Before mounting, ensure that the clamping flange of the grinder matches the hole of 20 mm and that the disc is securely tightened. Thanks to the perforation, the disc overheats less during dry cutting; however, it is advisable to take short breaks during longer cuts to maintain the cutting ability of the diamond layer. When working, use the grinder's protective cover, safety glasses, gloves, and a respirator, as fine dust is generated when cutting tiles and stone. Always securely clamp the material or place it on a stable surface.
