Overview
DDR5 RAM Memory 135 x 41 mm 16 GB 6000 MHz CL46 with Voltage 1.1/1.2 V and Support for XMP 3.0 and EXPO Grey for Gaming and Work PCs

DDR5 RAM memory with a frequency of 6000 MHz is designed for desktop computers that are expected to deliver high performance in both gaming and graphics or video work. One module offers 16 GB with a clock speed of 6000 MHz and a timing of CL46. The manufacturer states voltage of 1.1/1.2 V and power regulation is provided by a PMIC chip directly on the module. The memory is intended for Intel and AMD motherboards with DDR5 slots. The grey cover, measuring 135 x 41 mm, features cut-outs and light accents on the upper edge.

  • Frequency 6000 MHz – the high clock speed increases the data throughput between the memory and the processor. This is particularly beneficial for memory-sensitive games, video exporting, or compressing large files. If the platform does not support 6000 MHz, the memory operates at the highest frequency allowed by the motherboard and processor.
  • XMP 3.0 and EXPO Profiles – the module has stored profiles for Intel (XMP 3.0) and AMD (EXPO) motherboards. Selecting them in the BIOS sets the memory parameters all at once, without the need for manual input of frequency and timing.
  • Sixteen Gigabytes – the capacity accommodates games, communication applications, and streaming software running simultaneously. For larger projects in editing or 3D, the module can be complemented with a second unit, resulting in 32 GB in dual-channel mode.
  • Power Supply via PMIC – the dedicated control chip on the module stabilises the voltage directly at the memory chips. The motherboard only supplies the input power, while the memory manages its distribution.
  • Error Correction in Chips – the DDR5 standard includes on-die ECC, which corrects errors occurring within the memory cells. This is not server-grade ECC memory with processor-side checking.
  • DDR5 Architecture – two independent 32-bit subchannels and 32 banks in eight groups allow the controller to process multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Space Above Slots – the module, including its cover, is 41 mm tall. With large air CPU coolers, it is advisable to check beforehand that they do not extend above the memory slots. In cases with water cooling for the CPU, there is typically enough space above the memory.

Package Contents:

  • 1x DDR5 RAM Memory 16 GB 6000 MHz

The 16 GB DDR5 memory with a clock speed of 6000 MHz is aimed at gaming setups and more powerful workstations. To utilise the full frequency, both the motherboard and processor must support it, as stated in the manufacturer's specifications. Configuration is simplified by XMP 3.0 profiles on Intel boards and EXPO on AMD boards. The module is inserted into a DDR5 slot on a powered-off computer and does not fit into older DDR4 slots due to a different notch. The grey cover is suitable for builds with both light and dark components.
