DDR4 RAM memory with a capacity of 16 GB is designed for expanding or replacing the memory in a desktop computer. It combines 16 GB capacity with a frequency of 3200 MHz, making it suitable for gaming setups as well as computers used for graphic and video work. The module connects via a 288-pin DIMM connector into DDR4 slots on Intel and AMD motherboards. The designation PC4-25600 indicates a theoretical bandwidth of 25,600 MB/s. The memory is equipped with a black cover.
- Capacity for demanding tasks – 16 GB provides headroom for rendering, working with layers in graphic editors, or streaming during gaming. These activities work with large volumes of data, which, thanks to the ample memory, do not need to be offloaded to disk. In normal operation, there remains enough free memory for a browser with numerous open tabs.
- Frequency of 3200 MHz – is among the most common speeds for DDR4 in current motherboards and processors. AMD Ryzen processors are particularly sensitive to memory clock speeds, which also relate to the speed of internal processor interconnects.
- Power supply of 1.2 V – the module operates at a voltage that is standard for this generation of memory as defined by DDR4. The motherboard reads the default parameters directly from the module, so after installation, simply turning on the computer is sufficient. If the memory runs at a lower frequency after startup, the 3200 MHz clock can be set in the BIOS.
- No error correction – the memory is in a non-ECC configuration, meaning it lacks hardware error correction. Such modules are intended for standard desktops, while ECC memory is used in servers.
- Secure fitting in the slot – the length of the module corresponds to standard desktop DIMM slots. The slot latches click into the semicircular notches at both ends of the module upon insertion, and a notch in the contact bar ensures correct orientation.
- Expandability – two pieces make up a 32 GB setup, four pieces 64 GB, provided the motherboard offers enough slots and supports such capacity. When combining with already installed memory, it is advisable to choose the same frequency to avoid reducing the speed of the entire setup.

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
