The DALY Smart BMS is an intelligent protection board for building lithium LiFePO4 batteries. It is designed for 16S LiFePO4 batteries with a voltage of 48 V and handles a continuous charging and discharging current of 40 A with overcurrent protection at 60 A. You can monitor the battery status wirelessly via the included Bluetooth module in the mobile app. The internal resistance of the circuit is less than 20 mΩ, which increases efficiency and reduces heating. The compact board with dimensions of 65 x 123 x 14 mm easily fits into smaller assemblies.
Built-in passive balancing with a current of 100 mA equalises the voltage of individual cells and increases the usable capacity and lifespan of the battery. The board protects the cells from overcharging with a threshold of 3.75 V, deep discharging with a threshold of 2.2 V, overcurrent, and short circuits. Temperature measurement is managed by the included NTC sensor, and the package also includes a Bluetooth module. Low standby consumption of under 550 µA ensures minimal self-discharge of the connected battery.

This protection board represents a practical solution for assembling 48V LiFePO4 batteries for the photovoltaics of motorhomes and home energy storage. It is also suitable for use in electric vehicles, tricycles, forklifts, and golf carts. The balancer and multi-level protection extend the lifespan of the cells and enhance the safety of the assembly. Reliable operation is ensured over a wide range of operating temperatures from -35 to 75 °C. The included Bluetooth module, temperature sensor, and connecting cables allow for immediate installation without the need for additional accessories.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
