Cooling Thermal Conductive Pad 100 x 100 x 0.5 mm with Conductivity 21 W/m.K Grey Electrically Non-Conductive for Cutting for GPU CPU and SSD

The cooling pad in the format of 100 x 100 mm represents a square sheet from which parts can be cut for graphics cards, processors, M.2 SSDs and other components in a computer or laptop. It is designed for areas with a narrow gap between the chip and the cooler, where a thickness of 0.5 mm is required. The grey material with thermal conductivity of 21 W/m.K dissipates heat from the component to the cooler while filling in small irregularities between both surfaces. The pad can be easily cut with scissors and is covered with a blue protective film on both sides.

  • Square sheet 100 x 100 mm – the large area allows for cutting out many parts of various shapes and sizes. From one sheet, pads can be prepared for memory chips and power for the graphics card, for the SSD controller and for chips on the motherboard.
  • Thickness 0.5 mm – the thin layer is suitable where the cooler is very close to the component. It is recommended to measure the original pad before replacement to ensure the cooler properly contacts all chips simultaneously.
  • Conductivity 21 W/m.K – the pad is intended for components that heat up significantly under load, such as graphics chips, memory, power circuits or controllers of fast SSDs. Heat is transferred evenly across the entire contact area.
  • Electrically non-conductive – the material does not conduct electric current and according to the parameter table has a breakdown voltage of at least 9.8 kV per 1 mm. It can therefore be placed directly on populated circuit boards without the risk of short circuits between components.
  • Cuttable material – the pad can be adjusted with ordinary scissors, allowing it to be tailored to the precise outline of the chip. Unused scraps can be stored for future repairs or maintenance of other devices.
  • Protective film on both sides – the blue film protects the surface of the pad from dust and fingerprints during cutting and handling. It is removed just before placing it on the component.
  • Uses – graphics cards, processors, M.2 SSDs, laptops, gaming consoles, chips on motherboards and other electronics where heat needs to be transferred to the cooler. It is always a condition that the thickness of 0.5 mm matches the gap in the specific device.

The grey cooling pad 100 x 100 x 0.5 mm is a universal material for maintaining the cooling of computers, laptops and gaming consoles. The large square sheet is sufficient for multiple components at once or for several repairs over time. When replacing, the cooler is first removed, any remnants of the old pad are taken off, and the surface of the chip is cleaned. Then the pad is cut to the required shape, the film is removed, it is placed on the component, and the cooler is returned to its place. Thanks to the electrically non-conductive material, the pad can be safely used even on densely populated boards.
