This clutch set is designed for electric bike motors with a power of 500–750 W and serves as a replacement part for drivetrain repairs. It consists of a steel hub and three nylon gears 36T, which are already mounted on the hub. The combination of materials steel and nylon combines a sturdy metal base with plastic gears. Each gear is mounted on its own bearing and secured with a retaining ring. The set is suitable for electric bike owners who need to replace worn or damaged gears in the motor clutch.
- Gears 36T – three nylon gears each have 36 teeth and are white in colour. They are evenly spaced around the central hole of the hub.
- Bearings – each gear is fitted with a ball bearing marked 608Z, which is pressed into the centre of the gear.
- Steel Hub – the circular hub made of steel forms the supporting part of the clutch. It has a hole in the centre and, in addition to the axes of the gears, it also has two pins on its surface.
- Bearing Markings – the cover of each bearing is stamped with the designation 608Z and CHL. This marking allows the bearings to be traced in the future and replaced separately if necessary.
- Replacement Part – the set replaces the worn clutch with gears as a whole. When replacing the complete assembly, you do not need to change individual gears and bearings separately.
- Retaining Rings – the gears are secured on the axes with black retaining rings, which prevent them from shifting along the axis during operation.
- Complete Assembly – the clutch is supplied assembled, so there is no need to mount the gears onto the hub separately.
- Motor Power – the set is intended for electric bike motors with a power of 500–750 W. Before ordering, please verify that the dimensions and number of teeth match the original clutch in your motor.
- Material – the hub is made of steel, and the gears are made of nylon. The metal parts of the bearings and axes are silver in colour.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges

How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
