The CITUO children's water shoes are lightweight footwear designed for both boys and girls. The upper is made from polyester, which wraps around the foot and conforms to the shape of a child's foot. The rubber sole forms the bottom layer between the foot and the surface, separating the foot from stones, concrete, and the bottom of the pool. Velcro fastening allows the shoe to open wide, making it easy to slip in and then tighten according to the width of the foot. The blue upper with a dinosaur print is complemented by a light blue toe, a stretchy trim around the opening, and a pull tab at the heel.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
