The hip carrier transfers the child's weight from the adult's arms to the waist, allowing the child to sit on a firm seat while the adult's hand merely supports them against the body. The seating area measures 23 x 13.5 cm and is reinforced with a rigid core, ensuring it does not sag or slide down under the weight of the child. The waistband fastens with a wide Velcro closure and is additionally secured with a plastic buckle and adjustable strap, keeping it in place even while walking or bending. The adjustable range covers waist sizes from 67 to 110 cm, allowing both parents to wear the carrier without lengthy adjustments. The polyester cover can be wiped clean or washed, and there is a mesh pocket on the side for keys, a pacifier, or a phone.
- Seat 23 x 13.5 cm – the reinforced surface supports the child in a seated position and distributes their weight across the waistband and hips instead of the wrists and forearms.

- Mesh pocket on the side – small items remain handy, and the mesh allows visibility of the contents without having to rummage blindly through the pocket.
- Padded waistband – the padding on the inner side distributes pressure on the sides and reduces the digging in of the edge during prolonged use.
- Polyester surface – the fabric can be wiped with a damp cloth and resists drops and crumbs that may fall onto the waistband while carrying the child.
- Carrying on the side or front – the carrier can be rotated with the seat facing right, left, or forward depending on which position is currently more comfortable for both the adult and the child.

The hip carrier is suitable for briefly carrying a child around the house, for walks, shopping, or trips where navigating a stroller is difficult. Before putting it on, it is advisable to tighten the waistband so that it sits on the hips rather than at stomach height, as a lower-positioned waistband carries weight better. The child must be supported by hand at all times; the seat alone does not replace a carrier with shoulder straps. It is advisable to fasten the Velcro before washing to prevent it from picking up fibres from other laundry and losing its adhesion. The carrier should be dried laid out flat in the shade and without a tumble dryer to maintain the shape of the seat filling.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges

How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
