This children's electric go-kart operates on a voltage of 12 V, specifically with one 12 V 4.5 Ah battery and a pair of motors. Steering is done via handlebars with grips, allowing the child to turn in a similar manner to a quad bike or scooter. Parents have a remote control at hand, which allows them to take over the ride at any time and stop the go-kart or move it away from unsuitable areas. The illuminated LED strips on the post and the floor enhance visibility during play in low light and indoors. The driver sits in a shell seat low to the ground, providing a different feel from cars with high bodies. The go-kart is recommended for ages 3 to 6 years. The remote is particularly useful in the first few days when the child is still estimating the width of passageways and braking distances. Later, it can be set aside, and steering will be fully in the hands of the child, who will have gotten used to the go-kart. A flat and clear area without slopes and cars is advisable, such as a garden, playground, or an empty space near the house with enough room for turning. It is a good idea to check the wheels before riding to ensure that grass or string has not become tangled in them, as well as to tighten the handlebars. After riding, the battery should be recharged, and the go-kart stored in a dry place, as exposure to rain or frost is not beneficial. The lights are also useful indoors, where the go-kart navigates between furniture and is more visible thanks to them. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
