Overview
Cherry Seeds Prunus cerasoides 20 pcs Ornamental Tree with Pink Flowers and Bronze Young Leaves For the Garden and Greenhouse

Prunus cerasoides is an ornamental tree known to growers for its abundant pink flowers and bronze-coloured young leaves. In spring, the tree is densely covered with small pink flowers with a darker centre, and among them, copper-coloured young leaves emerge, as seen in the image of the flowering branches. This is a Himalayan ornamental cherry with striking spring flowering. The tree later has green leaves and forms a upright crown. It is grown in a sunny location in the garden, in a greenhouse, or in a pot. The pack contains 20 seeds from which you can grow your own tree. The fruits are small stone fruits with a bitter taste.

Key features:

  • Pink Flowers — the tree is densely covered with small pink flowers with a darker centre in spring, which are the main attraction of the plant.
  • Bronze Young Leaves — the young leaves are copper to bronze-coloured and beautifully complement the pink flowers.
  • Ornamental Himalayan Cherry — Prunus cerasoides is an ornamental tree suitable for gardens, greenhouses, and pot cultivation.
  • Abundant Spring Flowering — the tree blooms early and very profusely, making it a prominent feature in spring.
  • Small Stone Fruits — the tree produces small stone fruits that have a bitter taste.
  • Growing in a Sunny Location — the tree is grown in a sunny spot in the garden, greenhouse, or in a pot.
  • Attracts Bees — the abundant flowers attract bees and other pollinators, bringing life to the garden.
  • Upright Crown — the tree grows upright and forms a leafy crown that fits nicely into the garden.
  • Suitable for Greenhouses — the young tree can be grown in a greenhouse, conservatory, or bright interior.
  • Seasonal Transformation — the tree changes appearance from pink flowering to bronze and green leaves throughout the season.
  • Decorative Specimen — due to its abundant flowering, the tree is suitable as a specimen in a visible spot in the garden.
  • Suitable for Pots and Boxes — the young tree can also be grown in pots or boxes on terraces and balconies.
  • Pack of 20 Seeds — a large supply of seeds allows for the cultivation of a greater number of trees, repeating sowing, and sharing with other growers.
  • Growing from Seeds — you have full control over the entire development of the tree from germination to flowering plant, and you can adapt it to your conditions.
