The car seat creates a designated space for your dog in the car seat. You hang it on the headrest and secure additional straps around the backrest. Inside is a short strap with a carabiner that you use to attach the dog to its harness. The seat is made from Oxford fabric with a paw and bone print and has mesh on the sides. Dimensions of 40 x 30 x 25 cm are suitable for small dogs.
- Attachment in the car — you hang the seat with a strap on the headrest. Additional straps wrap around the backrest to keep the seat in place. The strap has a buckle, making it easy to attach and detach the seat.
- Safety strap — the short strap ending with a carabiner is attached directly in the seat. You attach it to the dog's harness to keep it in place during the ride. Therefore, you do not need to secure the strap elsewhere.
- Material and mesh — the seat is made from grey Oxford fabric with a white paw and bone print. The straps and edging are black. The sides have mesh that allows air to flow through.
- Folding — when you do not need the seat, you can fold it flat and store it in the boot. You can carry it by the handles or by the strap on the headrest.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
