Faulty relays are hard to detect in a vehicle, as they only manifest externally by the failure of a light, fan, or fuel pump. This relay tester simplifies the search to a single step, as you only need to insert the relay into the appropriate socket and press the test button. The evaluation is carried out via the green and red LED indicator, where green indicates a successful test and red indicates a relay that has failed. The device monitors the pin configuration as well as the timing of the contact switching, thus revealing cases where the relay responds but does not behave as it should. Power is drawn directly from the car battery via the connecting cable, and the tester operates with 12 V and 24 V, making it suitable for both passenger cars and commercial vehicles.
On the front side, there are four sockets for various contact arrangements, and switching between the 4PIN and 5PIN modes is handled by a separate button next to the TEST button. The tester supports four different types of relays and can test more than twenty types in total, covering the common equipment of fuse and relay boxes. The body has a rubberised surface with protrusions on both sides, making it easy to handle even in the engine compartment. The test cannot be performed with a poorly charged battery or when the relay pins differ from the supported 4PIN and 5PIN arrangements. Thus, the evaluation is always based on the actual behaviour of the contacts under voltage, not just on simple conductivity measurements.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
