A standard code reader will only tell you what the control unit has stored in memory, but it cannot interact with the vehicle in any way. This diagnostic scanner goes further, as it is capable of active tests by sending commands to the ECU control unit, allowing direct verification of the behaviour of the fuel pump, injectors, air conditioning clutch, windows, doors, or sunroof. Complete system diagnostics do not stop at the engine and also cover other units in the vehicle. Connection to the phone is wireless via Bluetooth, and it can work with both Android and iOS devices, so the choice of platform does not matter. The device itself displays the voltage of the onboard network on a small screen, allowing you to immediately determine if the vehicle is suffering from a weak battery rather than electronic issues. A useful addition is the built-in torch, which illuminates the area under the bonnet or the space at the threshold where the diagnostic socket is usually located. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
