The braided audio cable has a 4.4 mm jack connector at one end and two 2.5 mm jack connectors at the other. You can connect devices with a 4.4 mm jack socket and devices with two 2.5 mm jack sockets. The wires of the cable are made from copper and are braided together. Both 2.5 mm connectors have colour-coded rings, making them easy to distinguish. The length of the cable is 1.4 m.
- Connectors — at one end there is a 4.4 mm jack connector, and at the other end, there are two 2.5 mm jack connectors. All connectors are male and have straight cylindrical gold-coloured housings. The 4.4 mm connector is finished with a transparent sleeve.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
