The boxing shin and instep guards in size M are designed for juniors and adults training in boxing or other martial arts involving kicks. The shin section measures 34.5 cm and the attached instep protector measures 17 cm. The protector thus covers the shin, the front of the ankle, and the top of the foot. It is secured on the calf with two Velcro straps, which can be tightened according to the circumference of the leg. It is suitable for technique training, bag kicks, and sparring.
- Shin Length 34.5 cm — the protector covers the front of the shin along its entire length and absorbs impacts during kicks and blocks. The length is suitable for athletes with a medium shin length.
- Instep Length 17 cm — the instep protector covers the top of the foot, which makes contact with the target during kicks. It attaches to the shin section, ensuring the front of the ankle remains covered.
- Strap Lengths — the upper strap measures 32 cm and the lower 23 cm. Both straps fasten with Velcro at the back of the calf and allow you to adjust how tightly the protector fits.
- Quick Application — place the protector on the front of the leg, slide the instep part onto the foot, and fasten both straps. Removing it is equally quick, allowing you to easily change the guards between exercises during training.
- Shaped Protector — the shin section is slightly curved to fit the shape of the leg, and the edges are bound. The back of the protector is open and only secured with straps, allowing you to adjust it to the circumference of your calf.
- Size Selection — measure the length of the shin from 5 cm below the kneecap to the centre of the ankle and compare it with the protector length of 34.5 cm. If you are between sizes M and L, the manufacturer recommends choosing the smaller size.
- Dimension Tolerance — according to the manufacturer, individual dimensions may vary by approximately 0.5 cm.
- For the Club and Home — the guards are useful for group training, working with a coach on pads, and for solo training on a bag. Together with gloves and a mouthguard, they form the essential equipment for contact training.

How do I return goods?
